Apple AirPods Pro 2 (2nd Gen) Review

With a competitive $250 price tag, the Apple AirPods Pro 2 offer awe-inspiring insight into modern in-ear headphone technology and are a strong recommendation for those already a part of the Apple ecosystem.

I should start by saying this review is colored by the fact my AAP2’s were an effectively “free” purchase for me. In recently upgrading my MacBook Pro, and turning in my older models, Apple gifted me a $250 Apple Gift Card which I had no real use for. I had already purchased Apple Care, didn’t wish to subject myself to another streaming subscription (Apple TV+), and chose not to extirpate my checking account further by trying to subsidize a purchase of the Apple AirPods Max or Apple Watch (besides, does anyone really need to know their heart-rate at any time of day?). With my only other option to save it for a rainy day, I opted to purchase the perfectly priced (funny how that works…) Apple AirPods Pro 2 for $249.99.
